{"id":59,"date":"2024-06-23T01:27:49","date_gmt":"2024-06-23T01:27:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/istartonmonday.com\/?p=59"},"modified":"2024-06-23T01:27:50","modified_gmt":"2024-06-23T01:27:50","slug":"billing-benefit-coordinator","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/istartonmonday.com\/?p=59","title":{"rendered":"Billing &amp; Benefit Coordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain a robust Business\/Project\/Accounting\/Benefits Filing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;and Archival System<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare monthly invoices for all our clients in conformity with<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>the contracts executed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure all invoices are zero error free.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collect our Team member timesheets located in various projects in a timely manner to facilitate timely completion of invoices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Run and check bi-monthly Payroll for all our Employees and Contractors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure 401K Plan bi-weekly contributions are made in a timely manner in sync with the bi-weekly payroll run date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate with 401K Plan Administrator and Provider if issues arise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain our Internal Cost and Profit Tracking System<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep track of all Business Expenses and interface with our Accounting Team monthly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for ensuring Health-Vision-Dental Insurance invoices are paid on time and interface with Health Insurance Agent when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for setting up new employee payroll, benefits, vacation, and sick days in Gusto Payroll System<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate and setup meetings with our various clients related to various projects we service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure business licenses with various agencies are up to date and business insurance requirements are kept up to date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Represent our company with our clients for administrative related meetings and project pursuits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Candidates must have a minimum of an Associate Degree in Accounting or a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Candidate must be able to work independently, self-starter with excellent organizational skills, detail oriented and an ability to proactively follow-up and close all outstanding issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Require strong Excel skills and preferable experience with Gusto Payroll System but not mandatory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>This will be a remote position where the person can work from home, five days a week.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We offer a competitive salary comparable to the industry standards and fringe benefits like Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation, Sick Days and holidays, and 401K Plan.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Interested Candidates can send their resume (not to exceed 2 pages) to <\/strong><a href=\"mailto:howardluong@pm2cm.com\"><strong>howardluong@pm2cm.com<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Responsibilities &nbsp;and Archival System the contracts executed.
