Constituent Services Representative Southern California Member of Congress seeks a Constituent Services Representative to assist constituents with casework and other services the office provides. The position serves as a liaison to federal, state, and local agencies for constituents and answers casework correspondence and verbal communications from constituents. They may also help resolve issues presented by constituents that involve government agencies, businesses, community groups, and non-profit organizations. This position also assists stakeholders and constituents with federal grants and appropriations requests, letters of support, and disseminates information about federal funding opportunities. This person will also attend community events and organize resource fairs to inform organizations and constituents regarding the constituent services the office provides.
